Executive - Corporate Sales

Job Summary

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new project sales opportunities within your assigned territory or industry. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Your role will require building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, contractors, and developers, to ensure successful project outcomes. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, while constantly monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the assigned territory or industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and project updates to management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly within the home appliance, retail, or consumer electronics sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing corporate accounts, and negotiating high-value contracts. Experience in working with large corporate clients, including property developers, retailers, and distributors.
