Executive - Customer Service
Job Summary
Handle incoming calls from customers, dealers, and salesmen regarding outdoor services. Assess inquiries by gathering relevant information to determine causes and propose appropriate solutions. Manage job sheet creation in Navision and prepare monthly Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) reports.
Job Responsibilities
- To handle calls from customers, Dealers and salesman for outdoor services.
- To obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of inquiries and to determine possible causes, and to propose appropriate solutions.
- To create job sheet in Navision.
- To prepare monthly CSS report.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role or in a similar industry (e.g., retail, home appliances, or e-commerce) is an advantage.
SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and orders.
