Executive – Project Fulfilment

Job Summary

As an Executive – Project Fulfillment, you will play a key role in supporting the project fulfillment process by assisting with the issuance of awarding bills of quantities (BQ) with accurate quantities and pricing within the established lead time. You will work closely with suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, meet deadlines, and help deliver high-quality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in issuance of awarding BQ with correct quantity and price within lead time set upon receive.
  • Strong understanding of Bill of Quantities (BQ) preparation and cost estimation.
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procurement practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
  • Ability to follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling quantities and pricing.

Job Requirements

  • Min. Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Supply Chain, Project Operations or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate is acceptable.
  • Good product knowledge in related fields, for example kitchen, worktop, ID.
  • Good negotiation skill and resourceful for new sourcing.
  • Good communication skill in liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Good skill in mathematics, estimation & cost analysis.
  • Good time management to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Able to look through and understand tender documents such as BQ and drawings.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
