Job Summary

The Foreman plays a key role in supervising day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, ensures work is executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks to drivers, warehouse assistants, and loading staff; monitor performance to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections of trucks, forklifts, and other logistics equipment to ensure proper working condition.
  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and order in the warehouse and loading areas.
  • Report daily operations status and issues to the Logistics Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics or related field is an added advantage.
  • At least 3–5 years of working experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in shifts or extended hours as needed.
