Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities, onboarding coordination, HR administration, and employee support
- Assist in posting job openings, screening résumés, scheduling interviews, and communicating professionally with candidates
- Maintain well-organized and accurate HR records, documents, and data in HR systems while learning proper compliance and documentation practices
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support team and business requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- A team player who is organized, reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism in all HR-related matters
