Production Engineer

We are currently looking for a motivated Production Engineer to be in our team.

• Supervise daily operations on production lines to ensure subcontractors meet quality and quantity standards.
• Perform routine checks on mould conditions to ensure they meet production specifications.
• Ensure the correct concrete mix and quantities are used as per production drawings.
• Ensure all products are labeled with serial numbers for identification and traceability.
• Coordinate with logistics for loading activities and ensure timely product delivery according to customer requirements.
• Communicate regularly with the factory head to report any issues.
• Supervise all activities to ensure safety standards are followed and work is done safely.

• Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing/precast field is required for this position.
• Able to work under pressure, reliable & independent.
• Have good communication & coordination capabilities.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Rawang, Selangor.
