Senior Executive - Sales
Job Summary
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will take a leading role in identifying, developing, and driving new business opportunities within your assigned territory or industry sector. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage the complete sales process, and ensure the successful closure of high-value deals. You will collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and provide exceptional after-sales support, all while meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the assigned territory or industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and project updates to management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project sales.
- Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Strong network and experience in dealing with developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
